Cluster V: Forestry, Makiling, New Forestry Residence Hall The UPLB Office of Student Housing (OSH) will conduct the Cluster V: 2026 Dorm Orientation for the 1st Semester, A.Y. 2026-2027. The UPLB Office of Student Housing (OSH) will conduct the Cluster V: 2026 Dorm Orientation for the 1st Semester, A.Y. 2026-2027. The series of dorm orientations are generally divided into five clusters from 01 September 2026 to 09 September 2026.

Time: 7:00 PM- 9:00 PM

Location: MAREHA Learning Hub

Your responses will help OSH to prepare the necessary preparations for this activity.

Important Reminder for Cluster V: Dorm Orientation

Students who confirm their attendance for the 2026 Dorm Orientation will receive a personalized QR code after submitting this form. This QR code will serve as your entry pass and must be presented upon entry to the Women's Residence Hall. Please keep a copy of your QR code and have it ready, either digitally or in print, on the day of the event.

All activities will be conducted face-to-face, unless otherwise announced.
