The Office of Student Activities (OSA), through the Ad Hoc Committee for the 2026 Opening Convocation and Freshie Activities, is conducting this RSVP to estimate the expected number of participants for the University’s official welcome activities.

Freshie Night

6:00 PM to 9:00 PM

Your responses will help the Organizing Committee prepare the necessary venue, seating, logistics, and event materials.

Important Reminder for Freshie Night

Students who confirm their attendance for the Freshie Night will receive a personalized QR code after submitting this form. This QR code will serve as your entry pass and must be presented upon entry to the E.B. Copeland Gymnasium. Please keep a copy of your QR code and have it ready, either digitally or in print, on the day of the event.

All activities will be conducted face-to-face, unless otherwise announced.
