The UPLB Office of Student Housing (OSH) will conduct a 2026 Special Dorm Orientation for the 1st Semester, A.Y. 2026-2027 on 21 October 2026 at the Mural Wall of the Student Union Building. The special orientation will be conducted on 5:00PM to 7:00PM and 7:00PM to 9:00PM.

Important Reminder for the Special Dorm Orientation
Students who confirm their attendance for the 2026 Special Dorm Orientation will receive a personalized QR code after submitting this form. This QR code will serve as your entry pass and must be presented upon entry to the Mural Wall of the Student Union Building. Please keep a copy of your QR code and have it ready, either digitally or in print, on the day of the event.

All activities will be conducted face-to-face, unless otherwise announced.
