UP SIGMA BETA SORORITY LOS BANOS CHAPTER

Sorority, clustered under Sororities, established in 1955.

The U.P. Sigma Beta Sorority is the oldest recognized Greek-lettered sorority in Southeast Asia. It became a duly recognized organization - a sorority - in the University of the Philippines Diliman on 14 February 1932, while it was on the 15th of August 1955 that the cornerstones of the Los Baños Chapter were laid. Sigma Beta, "the summation of brains and beauty", is a sisterhood of young women joining hands in trying to achieve noble intentions.

As of Second Semester, AY 2024-2025, this student organization has 19 members. Students may apply to join the student organization.

Like other organizations in the university, there is a process for membership to UP EB. All registered student organizations have pledged their compliance to the Republic Act 8049 or the Anti-Hazing Law.
