As of Second Semester, AY 2024-2025, this student organization has 51 members. Since UP EntomSoc is a college-based student organization, only students from CA may apply to join the organization.

Like other organizations in the university, there is a process for membership to UP EntomSoc. All registered student organizations have pledged their compliance to the Republic Act 8049 or the Anti-Hazing Law.

The Office of the Vice Chancellor for Student Affairs Management (OSAM) System is a modernization project of OVCSA.
