The UP Guild of United Minds – UP Praefects is a socio-civic organization in the University of the Philippines – Los Baños, composed of various students that promote excellence, leadership and service. Founded in 2013, we aim to uphold the organization's ideals and objectives for the development and advancement of the nation through forwarding scientific innovations and new advancements in different fields of science.

OSAM System

The Office of the Vice Chancellor for Student Affairs Management (OSAM) System is a modernization project of OVCSA. OSAM is an advanced web application with web and mobile components to eradicate the need for students queuing up for services. OVCSA is taking advantage of the benefits of Information Technology to promote students’ academic growth and personal development.
