UPJES is dubbed as the Tiger of Economics and Management. It is committed at building people by simulating the scenario in a corporate world and rendering socio-civic programs that may create reforms in the community.

Membership
As of First Semester, AY 2026-2027, this student organization has 60 members. Since UPJES is a college-based student organization, only students from CEM may apply to join the organization.

Like other organizations in the university, there is a process for membership to UPJES. All registered student organizations have pledged their compliance to the Republic Act 8049 or the Anti-Hazing Law.
