UP JUNIOR EXECUTIVE SOCIETY
Academic Organization, clustered under Social Sciences, established in 1995.
UPJES is dubbed as the Tiger of Economics and Management. It is committed at building people by simulating the scenario in a corporate world and rendering socio-civic programs that may create reforms in the community.

Membership
As of Second Semester, AY 2023-2024, this student organization has 67 members. Since UPJES is a college-based student organization, only students from CEM may apply to join the organization.
Like other organizations in the university, there is a process for membership to UPJES. All registered student organizations have pledged their compliance to the Republic Act 8049 or the Anti-Hazing Law.
