Varsitarian Organization, clustered under Public Service, established in 2005.

UP KAADHIKA is an established student organization in UPLB whose members are UPLB students having their provincial residence in Camarines Norte. Aside from its goal to unite students from Camarines Norte in UPLB and establish camaraderie among them, it also aims to provide help, share knowledge, and extend humble service to its utmost capability to its homeland, which are being manifested through the different activities that it conducts and takes part with.

As of First Semester, AY 2026-2027, this student organization has 52 members. Students may apply to join the student organization.

Like other organizations in the university, there is a process for membership to UP KAADHIKA. All registered student organizations have pledged their compliance to the Republic Act 8049 or the Anti-Hazing Law.
