UP SCINTILLA JURIS Fraternity - Los Baños
Fraternity, clustered under Leadership, established in 1988.
The UP SCINTILLA JURIS Fraternity, founded in 1966 and meaning “Spark of Right,” is the only Latin-named fraternity in the UP System, dedicated to propagating the ideals of Rule of Law, Intellectual Integrity, and Academic Excellence.

As of Second Semester, AY 2025-2026, this student organization has 6 members. Students may apply to join the student organization.
Like other organizations in the university, there is a process for membership to UPLB SJ. All registered student organizations have pledged their compliance to the Republic Act 8049 or the Anti-Hazing Law.
