The Parliament: UPLB Debate Society is the official debate organization of the University of the Philippines Los Baños. Since its establishment in 2002 and recognition in 2003, The Parliament has been continuously pursuing excellence as one of the country's most awarded debate organizations, attaining exemplary accomplishments by fostering the culture of debating as an essential element in a university and by excelling in debate tournaments both inside and outside the country.

Membership
As of Second Semester, AY 2024-2025, this student organization has 37 members. Students may apply to join the student organization.

Like other organizations in the university, there is a process for membership to UPLB DEBSOC. All registered student organizations have pledged their compliance to the Republic Act 8049 or the Anti-Hazing Law.
