Varsitarian Organization, clustered under Leadership, established in 1993.

The University of the Philippines Novo Ecijanos (UPNE), a varsitarian organization established at UPLB in 1993. UPNE has been a seat of leadership, academic excellence, and service that aspires to unify students from Nueva Ecija. For years, UPNE has served as a companion for Novo Ecijanos, helping them excel academically, socially, and spiritually.
