UPLB ZOOLOGICAL SOCIETY

Academic Organization, clustered under Veterinary and Natural Resources, established in 1978.

The UPLB Zoological Society sprang out to cater to the needs of the increasing number of B.S. Zoology students. Although officially registered as the UPLB Zoological Society, the unique name OZOOMS has been carried up to the present, that stands for "Organization of Zoology Majors". UPLB Zoological Society, however, is the official name recognized by the UPLB Office of Students Affairs.

Membership
As of Midyear Term 2017, this student organization has 26 members. Since OZOOMS is a college-based student organization, only non-freshman students from CAS may apply to join the organization.

Like other organizations in the university, there is a process for membership to OZOOMS. All recognized student organizations have pledged their compliance to the Republic Act 8049 or the Anti-Hazing Law.
