Cultural Organization, clustered under Culture and Arts, established in 2025.

UP Rhythm Circle ( or UP RhyCi) is the first student organization in the Philippines for the interest in the rhythm game genre. Stemming from the concept of rhythm, signifying "timing and pacing", and circle, signifying "a community", UP RhyCi aims to spread our love and appreciation for the video game genre through organizing fun activities at our own pace and collaborating with the wider student community to deliver its mandate: appreciate the art, sport, and culture of getting into rhythm games.

As of Second Semester, AY 2025-2026, this student organization has 11 members. Students may apply to join the student organization.

Like other organizations in the university, there is a process for membership to UPRC. All registered student organizations have pledged their compliance to the Republic Act 8049 or the Anti-Hazing Law.
