As of Midyear Term 2017, this student organization has 15 members. Non-freshman students may apply to join the student organization.

Like other organizations in the university, there is a process for membership to SIGMA RHO. All recognized student organizations have pledged their compliance to the Republic Act 8049 or the Anti-Hazing Law.

The UPLB SIGMA RHO FRATERNITY or simply SIGMA RHO, a student organization in the University of the Philippines Los Baños with org record ID 221, is temporarily recognized as of Second Semester, AY 2018-2019.
