OSA Execom sets goals, expectations during strategic planning workshop

Dr. Nina M. Cadiz, OSA Director, presents the expectations for the two-day strategic planning workshop.

The Office of Student Affairs Executive Committee attended a strategic planning workshop on 12-13 May 2017 themed "OSA LUMINATES: Leveling Up Management, INitiatives, and Accomplishments Towards Excellent Service. The objective of the workshop is to see the direction of the office in the next four years.

Among the topics discussed during the workshop are the plans for the further improvement of office and staff operations by streamlining services and procedures and streamlining staff duties and responsibilities, among others.
