The Gavel Club of UPLB is a non-profit, socio-civic, and student-centric organization affiliated with Toastmasters International, located at the University of the Philippines Los Baños. Our primary objective is to foster the development of leadership, public speaking, and team collaboration skills among students. As an officially registered organization, we are dedicated to creating impactful programs not only for our members but also for the broader university community. Through our initiatives, we strive to empower young individuals to enhance their abilities in leadership, public speaking, and teamwork, thereby preparing them for future success.

As of Midyear Term 2024, this student organization has 11 members. Students may apply to join the student organization.

Like other organizations in the university, there is a process for membership to GC UPLB. All registered student organizations have pledged their compliance to the Republic Act 8049 or the Anti-Hazing Law.
