Sports and Recreational Organization, clustered under Political/Sports/Religious, established in 2023.

The UPLB Billiards Club is an organization whose roots are of a simple origin: the love for playing pool. It is an organization which aims to foster the appreciation of the sport in every way it is able to. The organization is dedicated to creating a safe space where people can play and improve regardless of skill level and background.

The Office of the Vice Chancellor for Student Affairs Management (OSAM) System is a modernization project of OVCSA. OSAM is an advanced web application with web and mobile components to eradicate the need for students queuing up for services. OVCSA is taking advantage of the benefits of Information Technology to promote students’ academic growth and personal development.
