The UPLB Mechanical Engineering Guild (MEG) is the first ever mechanical engineering students exclusive academic organization that was founded to solidify the young community of mechanical engineers in UPLB.

Membership
As of Second Semester, AY 2023-2024, this student organization has 78 members. Since UPLB MEG is a college-based student organization, only students from CEAT may apply to join the organization.
Like other organizations in the university, there is a process for membership to UPLB MEG. All registered student organizations have pledged their compliance to the Republic Act 8049 or the Anti-Hazing Law.
