THE UPLB SOCIETY OF PRE-MED STUDENTS
Academic Organization, clustered under Veterinary and Natural Resources, established in 1990.
The UPLB Society of Pre-Med Students, established on August 15, 1990, is an academic-civic organization comprised of students from the University of the Philippines - Los Baños, belonging to different degree programs. Our main purpose is to serve through knowledge in which we give our fullest capabilities in helping out others. With this, we are not only extending meaningful service, but we are also striving to change for the better, to develop critical thinking, and most importantly, to develop a sense of leadership and camaraderie. The UPLB Society of Pre-Med Students is one of the founding members of the Alliance of Pre-Medical Societies, established in 2013.

Membership
As of Second Semester, AY 2023-2024, this student organization has 79 members. Since SPS is a college-based student organization, only students from CAS may apply to join the organization.
Like other organizations in the university, there is a process for membership to SPS. All registered student organizations have pledged their compliance to the Republic Act 8049 or the Anti-Hazing Law.
