On March 4, 2014, the Office of Student Affairs (OSA) facilitated a leadership concert entitled: TAYO NA. It was conceptualized to challenge the students to be responsible leaders and to raise funds for the Emergency Student Fund, the University Student Council, and the Pahinungod projects.

Noel Cabangon, the major performer in the concert, delivered a message about leadership and nationalism through his music. This was further confirmed through a short talk delivered by Project Development Associate of the Counseling and Testing Division of OSA, Dr. Ronnie Domingo, about equipping UPLB students to be better servants of the Filipino nation, and to pursue social progress and transformation.

TAYO NA has three translations in English: Let us go, It is us, and Stand up. The concert's message became an eye-opener and inspiration for the audience to use their talents to significant leadership and to make long-lasting impacts to people whom they will encounter.

The concert was made possible through the efforts of the following volunteers, contributors and supporters who believed that the potential future leaders are the Iskos and Iskas: OSA, Ugnayan ng Pahinungod, Venerable Knight Veterinarians Fraternity, Victory Christian Fellowship, Communication Arts Society, Lakas Angkan Youth Fellowship, Chancellor Rex Victor O. Cruz, Lourd De Veyra, Dr. Oscar B. Zamora, Prof. Emman Florido, Ms. Anna Fe Perino, UPLB Foundation Inc., University Student Council, Dakila Collective, UPLB Choral Ensemble, Harmonya String Ensemble of UPLB, Wyre Underground, UPLB Street Jazz, Last Mascott Standing and CTD Singer Champions.

The upsurge of nationalistic ideals has been around for more than a century already. However, more than just patronizing Filipino products or upholding the national language, TAYO NA has stirred the desire of the students to become nation builders who will advance the Filipino nation.
