A two-part meeting in preparation for the February Fair 2023 was conducted by the Office of the Vice Chancellor for Student Affairs (OVCSA) with Vice Chancellor Janette H. Malata-Silva, Assistant to the Vice Chancellor Jickerson P. Lado, Office of Student Housing Director Marc Immanuel G. Isip, Office of Student Activities Director Maria Rowena Beatriz Q. Inzon, and other OVCSA staff. The preparation meeting was also attended by different Vice Chancellors (VC), Assistants to Vice Chancellor (AVC) and their respective staff namely; VC Rolando T. Bello and AVC Jennifer Marie S. Amparo - Office of the Vice Chancellor for Administration (OVCA), VC Fernando O. Paras, Jr. and AVC Rachel S. Mojado - Office of the Vice Chancellor for Planning and Development (OVCPD), and VC Roberto P. Cereno - Office of the Vice Chancellor for Community Affairs (OVCCA). Other offices were also in attendance; the Business Affairs Office (BAO), University Planning and Maintenance Office (UPMO), Security and Safety Office (SSO) with its representatives together with the University Student Council (USC) officers and members.

Deliberations on budget, sanitation, concessionaires, and overall preparation updates were the main agenda of the meeting. Local Government Units (LGUs), headed by Los Baños Municipal Administrator Dr. Roberto F. Rañola, Jr., and other representatives, joined the second part of the meeting with VC Malata-Silva and AVC Lado along with USC attendees as they accommodated additional needs and requests, and the local government’s involvement in the preparation and conduct of the February Fair event.
