Academic Organization, clustered under Leadership, established in 1983.

The University of the Philippines Alliance of Economics and Management Students (UPAEMS), established in 1983, is an academic organization and the first umbrella organization based in the College of Economics and Management (CEM) of the University of the Philippines Los Baños. The organization best sums up in these three words: Strength Through Diversity; as it caters to any student studying under the CEM.

Membership
As of First Semester, AY 2026-2027, this student organization has 47 members. Since UP AEMS is a college-based student organization, only students from CEM may apply to join the organization.

Like other organizations in the university, there is a process for membership to UP AEMS. All registered student organizations have pledged their compliance to the Republic Act 8049 or the Anti-Hazing Law.
