UPLB SOCIOLOGY SOCIETY
Academic Organization, clustered under Socio-Civic, established in 1975.
The UPLB Sociology Society (SocioSoc), a duly recognized academic organization of the university, is an academic organization for Sociology majors in the University and provides an avenue for academic excellence, social growth, and development and camaraderie for the students of the BA Sociology program.

Membership
As of Second Semester, AY 2023-2024, this student organization has 89 members. Since SOCIOSOC is a college-based student organization, only students from CAS may apply to join the organization.
Like other organizations in the university, there is a process for membership to SOCIOSOC. All registered student organizations have pledged their compliance to the Republic Act 8049 or the Anti-Hazing Law.
